Comments
No problem to build the code from the README.md information. There is only some typos in the README in order to run the example:
./topological_hex ../input/single-hex.mesh -H 16 -V 14
./topological-hex ../input/single-hex.mesh 16 14. The programs output text messages than could be postprocessed to generate the figures.
